A city that ended hunger - Yes! - in Brazil!

Something all cities around the world ought to look at. I've thought for a long time that hunger is a political problem and not an economic or agricultural problem.

A city in Brazil recruited local farmers to help do something U.S. cities have yet to do: end hunger.
