Bush League Races to Do as Much Harm as Possible in Name of Ideological Zeal!

The only part of this that is news, is that it took 7 plus years for this and other Inspector Generals to work up the courage to tell the truth.

Once the debacle of Katrina began, it should have been obvious to everyone that ideology not competence, being law abiding, or having common decency was the hallmark of nearly all of the Bush League helpers.
