Assassination by Drone - Legal? Not.

When the US intentionally executes political leaders of organizations attacking or planning attacks against the US, its Armed Forces, or Diplomatic Corps using drones or snipers, are US laws and Executive Orders being violated? Read this Executive Order in place since 1981 and decide for yourself. Should it be changed or given better definition? I say yes - what say you?
