No comment really needed. The last President was subsidizing private and public US jails and Sheriffs for chasing down "hardened and violent" criminals who were also aliens. No bother about the fact that most criminals of that description are citizens. So, what's a sheriff to do to get the cash anyway? Look for (profile) those who look like illegal aliens driving through your local speed trap and cash in on the Federal pork!
